In 2 minutes by car, you can get skylift and funicular railways on the east side of the valley, or access to the ski slopes directly from behind the house. From the you can access great hiking and cross-country skiing tracks in the woods and in the winter and summer.. In 5 minutes walk you will find yourself in the center of Lenzerheide with restaurants, boutiques, nightclubs, etc. Each possible comfort in the middle of the nature of the Grisons. During the summer than you thanks to the cool fresh from the forest and you will be a just a couple of minutes drive to the lake or on the Lenzerheide renowned field with 18 holes of golf, for lovers of mountains over 150 km of trails will be at your disposal.
